There wasn't a lot to post about last week... We went and did the "My Favorite Local Bakery" project on Tuesday and that was fun. We talked to a manager and she answered a ton of questions, showed us around, and gave us some samples. I took a whoolllee ton of pictures for it.
Next week is practical finals week, and then the week after THAT is written finals week! So not fair that most kids just get ONE finals week! So I don't know if I'll be updating then either. I'm sure there wont be any good pictures to take, it's all about knife skills and just making the recipe, really. I'm not sure how prepared I feel but I did practice a bit... *sigh* We'll see. I just can't wait until it is over. >.<
Picture yourself doing perfect slicing and dicing. They say that imagining yourself doing something is good practice, too. Best of Luck - it will all be over soon and I'm sure you'll do well.
