But that's okay... because I still <3 days off. :)

Today, we made lots of bread!
BEHOLD!


That's our Banana Nut Bread in front. There weren't any loaf pans left so it is cute and round like a cake. :)
Back there are Baguettes. which I think turned out underdone, but someone else was in charge of watching the oven so WHATEVS. xD Oh, and those are just more soft rolls on the side, there. They looked really small and round today because we weren't supposed to braid them this time. So, they don't get as much spotlight as the other things. Pooooor little soft rolls.

The rectangle thing is Focaccia, which was really pretty so it has it's own pic.


So nice! I brought home half of that and most of it was gone within ten minutes. xD

Good news is I don't really have homework. The quizzes in blackboard are screwing up and confusing everyone so we just have to redo the quizzes... that I already have all the right answers to...

Now I am going to go to the library, get some books, and pretend I don't have to wake up early again tomorrow.
