Today, we basically made a whole ton of breads again. xP I can't even remember what they were all called. One was Pain De Something-nobody-in-the-class-could-pronounce. Campagne, I think. Pain De Campagne. Is that like Campaign? I really don't know. >.< Then there was also sourdough, french rye, annnndddd.... ummmm... Oh yeah! Soda Bread. xP Needless to say, I did not need the lunch I brought today.
Anyway, we finished early so then we made doughtnuts! Yay!
Raw and then in the fryer. xD We only had sugar to put on them but it was nummy. :)
Tomorrow instead of Garde Manger, we are having a class to get our liquor licenses. Shouldn't be too exciting. :P
